Ajay Owen

Ajay is our Chair & Development Lead for Dyfed-Powys. This is the person in charge of Dyfed-Powys Neighbourhood Watch. He is passionate about community safety and cohesion. He believes transparency is key to success when reducing crime in Dyfed-Powys. Ajay is currently studying a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Counselling with The Open University and has completed his first year.

​​In his spare time, Ajay is a Trustee with an Advocacy Service based in West Wales. He is also a Committee Member for Crimestoppers Wales. Ajay oversees all Schemes and Members within Dyfed-Powys, with the Vice-Chairs' & Secretaries assistance when needed. Ajay is passionate about improving communities and tackling crime, liaising with various organisations, local authorities and Emergency Services. Ajay would like to see an improvement and a new era of Policing within Dyfed-Powys where NHW & the Police collaborate closely.

Jordan is the Vice-Chair & Coordinator Lead ​of our Association. Focusing on Community and Safety, Jordan is dedicated to building a strong and safe community. Public safety is a cornerstone of his commitment to community development and he is always willing to help.

Jordans' professional focus is on creating secure and thriving communities alongside all team members. He is passionate about well-being and public safety, with a personal interest in the automotive industry.

Danielle Hartnell

​Danielle (aka 'Dani') is the Association Secretary.
Dani is passionate about learning new things and is new to the role. Dani recently had a baby girl. ​She is passionate about assisting us in moving forward in the most strategic way possible.

Dani is also re-learning Welsh, and will initially email in both English & Welsh.

Victoria McDowall
(Rep. Carmarthenshire)

Victoria was born in Carmarthen and has strong ties to the local community and beyond. She is a keen advocate for growing and maintaining strong communities so we can work together towards a more harmonious and safe way of life.

Victoria works for the Local Health Board and has a background in public health, charity work and retail. Victoria is also Chair of the Health Board’s Disability Network and is proud to represent those with accessibility issues, with a focus on fair opportunities for all.

Victoria has strong belief that everyone should be able to live without any safety concerns and stated she is happy to be included and involved in our ongoing mission.

Brian Foulkes
(Rep. ​Powys)

Brian spent his career in the motor vehicle industry, mainly in Roadside Assistance & Recovery.

Many years ago, Brian became involved with Neighbourhood Watch in a local scheme for Llandrinio which sadly ended when the Lead Coordinator passed away. On his retirement, he decided to resurrect the scheme using the Facebook Group platform to help people get involved. Soon after, other adjoining communities asked to join the scheme and were welcomed.

Brian hopes to get more communities involved in his area & across Dyfed-Powys to make it safer for everyone.

Jack Coller

Jack has a vast social media following on sites such as TikTok. 

Jack, a resident of Tenby in Pembrokeshire is passionate about community safety and cohesion. He has strong passion to make his community safer, not only for the residents of Tenby, but the whole of Pembrokeshire as a whole.

Jack has a younger daughter, making his passion stronger than ever - he also is planning to run as a local councillor in Tenby to further support members of the public.
